On December 4, 2007, “Taste of Adventure” cocktail party was held at Jim Weinberg’s Liveable Lifestyles Studio. This fundraiser was hosted by Jim Weinberg, Tony Brewer, Wendy Babchin, Steve Saenz of the “Atlanta Wine Club”, Ashley Hesseltine, Donna Auchenbach, and Special Emcee host was WXIA-TV news anchor Wes Sarginson. Other sponsors included US Foodservice, Tony Brewer and Company, Prestige Gourmet Catering, Atlanta Wine Club, Dennis Dean Catering, Montaluce Winery and Estates, Beecham Builders, We Rents, and the Magnum Company. Raffle items were donated from AirTran Airways, Parish Kohanim Photography, artist Randy Chumbley, Simon Malls, and Target.
The guests enjoyed tasting the different wines provided by Montaluce Winery and dined on the wonderful hors d’oeuvres provided by Prestige Gourmet Catering and Dennis Dean Catering. The Latin group Rouzbeth, provided the entertainment.
We greatly appreciate the sponsors, donors, volunteers and guests that made this party possible. All money and gift cards raised were donated to the Holiday fund for the youth at Project Adventure Kids. These gifts provided the kids to have a very happy memory of December 2007.
